Central Texas Beauty College Scholarship
Central Texas Beauty College would like to offer a $3,000 scholarship toward Cosmetology training at our institution. Each year, one $3,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior at each Round Rock ISD high school to be used in our June, September or October 2015 class enrollments.
Eligibility:
1. Applicant must be a graduating student from a RRISD high school, at least 16 years of age.
Selection Criteria:
1. Please provide a resume or other document listing RRISD high school attended, date of graduation, school activities, community involvement, work experience, special awards and recognitions throughout high school.
2. Please provide an essay, 500 words or less, addressing the following: "Describe two or more career paths or opportunities available to a person with a Cosmetology license, explaining which one interests you the most and why."
3. Please provide one paragraph describing financial need.
Application Process:
1. All applications must be postmarked or delivered by April 15, 2015 for consideration.
